How do I track my order?
 

You will be sent a shipping notification with a tracking number when your order is shipped. You'll be able to track your package on the USPS website using the tracking number provided.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

I use the United States Postal Service to ship all packages. Standard shipping is USPS Priority 2-3 day delivery. Other shipping methods are available on request.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

We do not accept returns on custom orders. Ready to wear items can be returned within 7 days of delivery upon approval. Please contact us before returning an item. We will offer instructions for how to return your item.

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes. International delivery must be approved before placing your order. Please contact us for shipping quotes.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations- just contact us within: 7 days of delivery.

Ship items back to us within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
